Counselling and Psychotherapy focus on relieving the burden of mental health difficulties, where healing and discovering occurs through talking. Through talk therapy, we can find a new perspective on life, gain awareness and balance.

I am a fully qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist, working in Dublin
I am an accredited IACP member [M14439] and a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a B.A. (Hons) in Humanistic and Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I completed a post-graduate Specialist Diploma in Neurodiversity Informed Psychotherapy.
WHAT I OFFER
– I offer in person and online sessions in English and Italian
– I practice in Dublin 2 and Dún Laoghaire
– I work with individual adults and young adults (+18)
HOW I WORK
– I like to understand our coping mechanisms and our behavioural patterns, the hows and the whys of it. I like to explore how our past echoes through our present and how trauma affects the body
– I like to a offer the opportunity to reframe our understanding of who we are through a neurodiversity affirming lens


Sessions
- Therapy sessions last 50 minutes
- To improve the therapeutic relationship and process, sessions are held on a weekly basis at the same time each week
- The cost per session is negotiable. A sliding scale is offered based on individual circumstances such as income, health insurance coverage, student status, and unemployment
- A full fee incurs for missed appointments
- To cancel or rearrange the appointment a 48 hrs notice is required, a full fee incurs otherwise
- A cancellation policy, privacy policy and a contract of working is provided
